CPCMG accepts a wide range of health insurance plans, including most HMO, PPO, EPO, indemnity, fee-for-service and Medi-Cal plans. To ensure coverage, please verify with your insurance provider that a CPCMG pediatrician can be designated as your child’s primary care physician. Visit our web site to find an office near you.

If your family has recently lost health insurance due to job loss or reduced hours, there are options available. Covered California, the state’s health insurance marketplace, connects families with suitable insurance plans, many of which CPCMG accepts. To see which plans have CPCMG physicians in the Covered CA network, enter the CPCMG physician names when prompted in the Shop and Compare feature on the Covered California website.

Financial Policy
Your insurance plan requires that you are responsible for co-payments, deductibles and any non-covered benefits. CPCMG is legally obligated to collect these payments; therefore, adjustments cannot be made to these amounts. We appreciate your timely payment and remind you that you are ultimately responsible for your account balance.

• Co-payments: Due at the time of service. If someone other than a parent or guardian is accompanying your child, please ensure they are prepared to provide payment.
• Payment options: We accept checks, debit, MasterCard, Visa, Discover or American Express.
• Collections: Any outstanding balances assigned to an outside collection agency will incur costs, including attorney's fees, payable by the parent or legal guardian.
