CPCMG HEALTHCARE FOR YOUR FAMILY:
CONVENIENT AND EASY TO ACCESS
Now more than ever, you have many options to get your child medical care when and how you need it. Here are the many options available to you:
In office visits
Schedule a routine office visit with your pediatrician at your CPCMG office for annual well child exams, management of ongoing conditions and more.
How to schedule: call your CPCMG office or use your MyChart account to request an appointment.
After-hours appointments
CPCMG offers evening and weekend appointments at select regional offices. Your child will be seen by a board-certified CPCMG pediatrician, nurse practitioner or physician assistant. Results of the appointment will be shared in their electronic medical records, and your CPCMG pediatrician will be notified of their after-hours visit.
How to schedule: call your CPCMG office or use your MyChart account to request an appointment. Visit our web site to learn more.
Nurse Care Connect
Our nurse triage line is staffed by pediatric nurse practitioners and registered nurses to answer your questions and provide advice.
How to access: call your pediatrician’s office and listen to the prompts to reach a nurse.
Video Visits
Don’t want to leave home? Schedule a Video Visit by choosing one of the following options:
My Pediatrician Video Visits
– Choose the CPCMG pediatrician you prefer for your child’s appointment.
– Appointments are scheduled during the provider’s schedule.
How to schedule: call your CPCMG office.
Children’s Virtual Care
– See a board-certified CPCMG pediatrician or pediatric nurse practitioner for the visit (you will most likely not see your CPCMG pediatrician).
– Appointments are available Monday through Friday, 8am to 9pm and on weekends from 8am to 8pm.
How to schedule: use your MyChart account.
If you do not have a MyChart account, CPCMG can complete your sign-up process for you at your pediatrician’s office or you can request an activation code by calling your CPCMG pediatrician’s office. This code will enable you to login and create your own user ID and password. Please note you will need a separate activation code for each of your children and you must provide a valid, government-issued form of identification to set up your MyChart account.
