“It is a privilege working with children and adolescents, providing them with tools to enhance their physical and mental health. I find a great deal of joy partnering with the parents/caregivers, providing encouragement and guidance as they navigate raising a healthy and happy family.

There is so much information directed at parents/caregivers, that it can be overwhelming and create second guessing about what to do. My goal is to provide objective and clear information so parents/caregivers can make the best decision for their child(ren) and family.

In my spare time, I like spending time at the beach, watching baseball (go Giants!), and trying my hand at budget friendly interior design. My husband and I stay busy keeping up with our three girls. We like being outdoors, but also enjoy having time together at home, as a family, watching a movie or simply sitting around the dinner table sharing stories.”
