Emily St. John Mandel Discussion And Book Signing

Station Eleven author Emily St. John Mandel will join KPBS North County Reporter Alison St John for a conversation about Mandel’s bestselling book, which she calls “a love letter to this extraordinary world in which we live.” Mandel will discuss her writing process and the research that went into the book. The audience will be transported into the pages of Mandel’s spellbinding novel, as she discusses notes on the end of the world, the history of pandemics, and the impact of the plague on Shakespeare’s life and work. The event will be followed by a book signing with the author.
