The office changed to a Rady's office to better take care of Dr. Bill's patients as he became very ill. We were long time patients of Dr. Bill and we are very sad of his passing. I plan on continuing going to this office as many of his staff are still there and have always provided great service.

I agree that the atmosphere has changed since Rady's took it over. I'm hoping that it will get back to its friendly, welcoming atmosphere. Now there are a lot of paper pushers and just assembly line mentality. That said - we still love Dr. Hitchcock and equally love Dr. Bergamy. Dr. Bergamy spends a lot of time every appointment, explaining everything we need to know and asking lots of questions. My three boys always remark on how nice she is, and she really puts them at ease. I also love Nicole, the Nurse Practitioner. She goes out of her way to be sure a diagnosis is correct, and even calls later to check in on us. Minerva, the nurse, has been there since the beginning and she is so personal and loves what she does. We are staying with La Costa Peds and would not go anywhere else.

A group of very caring and knowledgable doctors and nurse practioners!
